Jeffers Design Group's design for the 2009 Metropolitan Home San Francisco Showhouse Great Room and Loft is a fresh interpretation of industrial
chic. Industrial elements like steel, leather and cork are paired with luxe fabrics and floor coverings.
Custom furnishings share the space with vintage pieces by Adnet, Evans and Venini. “It’s definitely
intended to be a sexy space for entertaining,” says Jeffers.
The space also features stunning custom pieces by local San Franicisco artisans, including:
• Michael McEwen of McEwen Lighting – Metal-and-glass chandeliers and sconces
• Metropolis Metal – Fireplace mantel, hearth,
custom doors and bath vanity
• Paul Benson – Custom stainless steel console
• Custom work by New York designers Mark Nelson
and Studio Printworks and Austin designer Kyle Bunting
will also be featured.
